Vegan Galets Soup with Meatballs
Don't know what first course to put on Christmas day? We present you an easy recipe to make with which you will surely surprise your diners. You only need vegetables, galets and our vegan meatballs with tomato.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 leeks
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip
- A few collard greens A celery stick
- 1 onion
- 1 liter of water
- Vegan Meatballs
- Galets
PREPARATION
Put all the clean and peeled vegetables in a casserole with the water and cook for 1 hour.
Strain the broth and reserve (we can save the vegetables to make a puree).
Fill the galets with the meatballs, so that they are tight. Place the stuffed galets in the casserole with the broth and cook for about 10 min.
Serve hot.
