Palacios chorizo and prawn skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 prawns
  • 12 pieces of Palacios chorizo
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped chives
  • Skewers (4)

PREPARATION

Peel the prawns and cut the Palacios chorizo into medallions. Then place them all onto the skewers.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the skewers. Cook them on both sides. 

Decorate with black pepper and chopped chives.
