Burger poke bowl
We want to share this poke bowl with an especial ingredient: our Burger Chicken Style.

INGREDIENTS
- Burger Chicken Style
- Basmati rice
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cooked beetroot
- 6 Edamames
- ½ Carrot
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove
- ½ Garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
PREPARATION
Cook the rice and let it cool. Cut the beetroot, avocado and carrot into slices. Prepare the dressing. Mince the garlic and ginger, add it to the soy sauce along with the lime juice and vinegar. Mix well. Heat the burger according to the package instructions. Put a layer of rice in a bowl. Place the cut burger and vegetables on top. Season with the dressing.
