Mexican Strips Tacos

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Plant-based strips
- 1 Colored peppers
- 1 Purple Onion
- Mexican spices
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- Chili
- 1 Cilantro
- Olive oil and salt
- 4 Tortillas
PREPARATION
Peel the avocado, mash and add lime juice and salt. Reserve.
Cut the peppers and onion into strips. Put a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the peppers along with the onion. When they are tender add the strips and the spices and sauté for 3 min. Heat the tortillas. Form the tacos by putting a little guacamole on each tortilla, the strips with the peppers, a few slices of chili and some coriander leaves.
