Moussaka with Palacios chorizo
Our version of this classic Greek dish is given a special touch with the addition of our delicious Palacios chorizo.

INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes
- Mincemeat
- Onion
- Palacios chorizo
- Tomato sofrito (base sauce)
- Aubergine
PREPARATION
Thinly slice the potato, then fry and drain. Fry the mincemeat with the onion, and when it is almost ready, add some pieces of Palacios chorizo. Then add a little of the tomato sofrito, stir a little more, and set aside.
Thinly slice the aubergine, then fry and set aside.
Cover a baking tray with the potato slices, then add the mincemeat, chorizo and onion, and the slices of aubergine on top. Cover with béchamel sauce and grated cheese, grill until golden, then serve.
