Palacios chorizo burritos
Burritos are delicious and great fun to eat. Here’s our version, made with Palacios Picante spicy chorizo.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 wheat tortillas
- Grated white cheese
- Palacios Picante spicy chorizo
- 4 eggs
- 1 small tomato
- Coriander (optional)
- Salt
PREPARATION
Begin by dicing a few pieces of Palacios Picante spicy chorizo. Gently sauté them in a pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, then remove them and set them aside.
Next, dice the tomatoes, break the eggs into a bowl, add the diced tomato and beat the mixture.
In the same pan you used for the chorizo, add the scrambled egg mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Divide the mixture into two portions and set aside.
Warm the wheat tortillas in a pan on both sides. Add the cheese and allow it to melt a little, then add the Palacios chorizo and the scrambled eggs.
Finally, add a little coriander (optional) and fold the tortilla to form a burrito. Serve and enjoy!
